Non-Profit Free Use Policy:*
Non-profit organization can reserve studio space for meeting/rehearsal use at no charge depending on availability and if no admission, donation or fee of any kind is charged. These reservations only apply during CAC BUSINESS HOURS. A reservation does not guarantee a specific studio and the CAC reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any reason with a 48 hours advance notice.

After Hour Fee:*
Failure to comply with rental start time and end time will result in a $15/hour charge that must be paid prior to any subsequent usage. This means all groups must be out of the building at 9pm (Mon-Thurs), 5pm (Friday) and 1pm (Saturday) or fee will be applied.

OUR MANAGEMENT

The Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center is owned by The City of Wilmington and managed by the staff of the Thalian Association Community Theatre, the Official Community Theater of North Carolina.

The Thalian Association is a non-profit, membership organization founded in 1788 to provide arts education and bring the excitement of the performing arts to Wilmington. The organization has its offices and holds auditions at the Community Arts Center. The Center also hosts the Thalian Youth Theatre classes and performances.

Patrons of the HBHUSO/Community Arts Center can park in the surface lot conveniently located next to the building.

Parking Rates:

– Hourly: $2.00
– Daily: $13.00
